Guilder Durafloor Solventless Epoxy Floor Coating

A two-component based paint, 100% solids, heavy duty epoxy flooring coating. It imparts good resistance to chemicals, abrasion and moisture. It exhibits high gloss, hardness, good adhesion ideal for solvent free and self-leveling floor coating.

Application
METHOD OF APPLICATION: brush, roller or steel trowel
PAINTING SYSTEM: For concrete substrate, apply 1 coat of Guilder DuraFloor Epoxy Penetrating Sealer by brush or roller and let it dry for 24 hours. If necessary, putty surface imperfections with Guilder High Built Non-Sag Epoxy. Finish with one coat of Guilder DuraFloor Solventless Epoxy Floor Coating Paint using steel trowel or spike roller and brush (for corners only). For steel substrate, apply 1 coat of Guilder Epoxy Primer by brush or roller and let it dry for 24 hours. Finish with one coat of Guilder DuraFloor Solventless Epoxy Floor Coating Paint.
Surface Preparation
For maximum paint performance, surfaces to be painted must be dry and in sound condition, free from loose dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matter. These conditions must be ensured before starting paint application.
