A waterproofing flexible coating based on aqueous high grade acrylic polymer designed to be mixed with Portland cement. The resulting mixture provides superior water resistance, adhesion and durability not found on unmodified cement slurry. It eliminates plastering defects, water seepage and bridges hairline cracks, making it ideal for waterproofing roof decks, firewalls, concrete gutters and basements. It can also serve as textured finish, tile adhesive grouting and concrete restoration floor patching.

Application
METHOD OF APPLICATION: brush or roller; reduce as necessary
PAINTING SYSTEM: Mix cement mixture of 4 kg of cement to 4 liters of PureCoat Premium CementBond Cement Modifier. Apply mixture on a pre-wetted surface using brush or roller. Apply 3 coats for vertical surfaces and 5 coats for horizontal surfaces. Allow 2 hours interval in between coats. Let it cure for at least 3 days before painting PureCoat Premium Latex Masonry System or PureCoat Premium Duratex System.
Surface Preparation
For maximum paint performance, surfaces to be painted must be dry and in sound condition, free from loose dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matter. These conditions must be ensured before starting paint application.
