A long lasting dirt resisting environmentally friendly coating based on full acrylic polymer that exhibits excellent exterior durability and dirt pick up resistance. It provides good weatherability, blocks resistance and adhesion to masonry surfaces where there are very high concentration of airborne pollutants, usually near industrial areas and along highways.

Application
METHOD OF APPLICATION: brush, roller or spray
PAINTING SYSTEM: Apply at package consistency. If necessary, use a maximum of 1⁄4 liter clean water per 4-liter PureCoat Premium Dirtgard Dirt Resisting Semi-Gloss Latex White. For new surfaces, thoroughly cure concrete wall before painting. To reduce alkalinity, treat walls with PureCoat Premium Concrete Neutralizer. For old concrete, after the removal of old loose paint and cleaning of surface, prime wall with PureCoat Premium Acrylic Latex High-Hiding Undercoat Concrete Primer White. Repair cracks and dents with PureCoat Premium Concrete Putty. Spot prime repaired areas as necessary. Apply 2-3 coats of PureCoat Premium DirtGard Dirt Resisting Semi-Gloss Latex White as topcoat finish.
Surface Preparation
For maximum paint performance, surfaces to be painted must be dry and in sound condition, free from loose dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matter. These conditions must be ensured before starting paint application.
