A 100% acrylic water based primer specially designed to prepare concrete and masonry surfaces for succeeding coats. It seals porous surfaces and provides excellent hiding, durability, adhesion and fungi resistance for both interior and exterior surfaces.

Application
METHOD OF APPLICATION: brush, roller or spray
PAINTING SYSTEM: New concrete should be allowed to dry for at least 28 days under normal conditions before paint application. For surfaces that are not fully cured or cured for less than 28 days, treat the surface with a solution of 1 part PureCoat Premium Concrete Neutralizer and 16 parts water. Apply more coats if necessary using brush or roller then let it dry overnight. Rinse with water to remove white residue on the surface. Let it dry before priming with PureCoat Premium High-Hiding Undercoat Primer White.
Surface Preparation
For maximum paint performance, surfaces to be painted must be dry and in sound condition, free from loose dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matter. These conditions must be ensured before starting paint application.
