Guilder Automotive Acrylic Spot Putty

A multi-purpose lacquer type product specially formulated for the protection and repair of both metal and wood surfaces. It is easy to apply and equally easy to sand. It possesses good adhesion, anti-corrosion resistance and exhibits minimum shrinkage.

Application
METHOD OF APPLICATION: palette or putty knife
PAINTING SYSTEM: Sand the surface until free from rough edges. Remove all sanding dust with clean cloth. For wood substrate, hammer and punch off all nail heads. Apply 1 coat of Guilder Acrylic Primer then apply Guilder Automotive Acrylic Spot Putty for surface imperfections. Apply putty with a putty knife, working fairly rapidly to prevent rolling due to its fast drying characteristics. Allow to dry then sand and clean before spot priming puttied areas.
Surface Preparation
For maximum paint performance, surfaces to be painted must be dry and in sound condition, free from loose dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matter. These conditions must be ensured before starting paint application.
