PureCoat Advance Latex Paint
Concrete | Topcoats
A water-based paint intended for new and old concrete surfaces, which produces a tough and durable finish. It can be used on both interior and exterior application on all masonry surfaces such as concrete, plasters, cement walls, blocks and wallboards. It maybe tinted to any desired pastel color.

Application
METHOD OF APPLICATION: brush, roller or spray
PAINTING SYSTEM: For new surfaces, thoroughly cure concrete wall before painting. To reduce alkalinity, treat walls with PureCoat Premium Concrete Neutralizer. For old surfaces, after the removal of old loose paint and cleaning of surface, prime wall with PureCoat Premium Acrylic Latex High-Hiding Undercoat Concrete Primer White. Repair cracks and dents with PureCoat Premium Concrete Putty. Spot prime repaired areas as necessary. Apply PureCoat Advance Latex Masonry as topcoat finish.
Surface Preparation
For maximum paint performance, surfaces to be painted must be dry and in sound condition, free from loose dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matter. These conditions must be ensured before starting paint application.
